Built upon the wealth of expertise held within our team, Seetec Recruitment Solutions is designed to offer a high quality and bespoke service fuelled by a real passion to help job seekers and clients alike.

Our time working as recruitment professionals has also led to our belief in delivering outstanding customer service through listening, supporting and understanding our candidates and clients at all times.

Acting as either a recruitment consultant or an extension of your team, our service has been designed around recruiters who have not only delivered in an agency setting, but also in an RPO/Onsite environment.

What we Do

Within our offering, we advertise across a number of job platforms dependant on the vacancy and what attraction is needed to enable us to source and select in a timely matter as your chosen Recruitment partner.

Our Recruitment service offers bespoke and advance recruitment packages for clients in which strategic planning is involved, to meet the needs of our clients. Dependant on what you are looking for, we work with organisations to provide both highly experienced and qualified candidates as well as recruiting apprentices to support the growth within your business.

We can provide a range of specialist services which include, but are not limited to:

Advertise, source and select.
Volume recruitment campaigns.
Supporting of Assessment centre style recruitment.
Career open days, information sessions.
Full co-ordination and running of Assessment centre or panel style recruitment.
Marketing campaigns including leaflets/posters.
Web-marketing campaigns including google and social media.

As part of our apprenticeship recruitment, this is a complimentary service which incurs no additional cost, allowing businesses to invest in new talent that they can train and develop within the role alongside gaining a fully recognised qualification. Within our standard offering this includes advertising across the apprenticeship service account, along with any other job platforms which are needed for attraction, screening and sourcing of suitable candidates, arranging interviews, candidate preparation and interview feedback. Should you need a more bespoke service, one of the team can discuss this with you further.
